Who you work with
You work directly with Brandon Stonebridge, founder of Techster Dynamics, at every stage. The engineer who scopes your project is the one who builds it and hands it over, so nothing gets lost between a salesperson, a project manager and a developer.
A first conversation
We start by understanding what you need, what already exists and what constrains it — and whether we’re the right people for it.
- A free first conversation to gather requirements
- What exists today, and what is holding it back
- Timing and budget — “not sure yet” is a fine answer
- An honest answer on whether we’re a good fit
Scope
Once there’s a fit, we write the scope down: what will be delivered, in which milestones, and how each will be accepted.

- Milestones, each ending in something you can review
- Fixed-price or time-and-materials, agreed up front
- Risks and assumptions stated plainly
Build
Built in increments you can see. At each milestone you review working software rather than a status report.

- Your feedback folded in as the work goes
Handover
Deployment, documentation and handover, so you understand your own system without depending on us for it. Ongoing support is available if you want it.
