To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Techster Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
- We do not warrant that services will be error-free or uninterrupted

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of engagement. This obligation survives termination of services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
